Senior Preclinical Scientist – Bioanalysis (f/m/d)

to support preclinical and clinical development of novel biologics in immuno-oncology.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and validate bioassays (PK, ADA, NAb, Biomarkers) according to GxP and regulatory guidelines in cooperation with contract research organizations (CROs)
  • Generation of analytical tools (monoclonal antibodies, polyclonal sera)
  • Monitor assay development, evaluate experimental data, troubleshoot and optimize assays
  • Review and write study plans/reports for validation and sample analysis according to regulatory standards
  • Plan and manage timelines and budget
  • Support all preclinical development activities
  • Work in close collaboration within cross-functional teams and external partners

Requirements

  • Degree in Life Sciences with at least 5 years industrial experience in the described fields
  • Demonstrated knowledge of biologics drug development
  • Experience in the development of immunoassays using ELISA, MSD-ECL, cell based assays
  • Knowledge and application of regulatory guidance to experimental planning and design
  • Experience in working in GxP environments and demonstrated knowledge of GxP regulations
  • Basic knowledge in Pharmacokinetics and Toxicology would be a plus
  • Ability to conduct multiple projects delivering agreed milestones and adhering to timelines
  • The position requires excellent communication skills and fluency in English
