Responsibilities

  • Support the interface between Program Management and its sub-department Program Management Office (PMO)
  • Operational Lead for the definition and implementation of companywide processes and systems that provide the basis for submissions to health authorities (e.g. BLA) by coordinating internal Subject Matter Experts and external Consultants.
  • Support additional cross-functional projects (e.g. business continuity/business process mapping)
  • Support PMO by implementing and improving program governance processes

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Life Science or MBA in relevant field
  • At least one year experience in Project Management or process development in a relevant field
  • Knowledge in drug development
  • Experience in working in a matrix organization
  • Proficient user of MS Office applications
  • Structured and organized personality with a high affinity to processes and precise working mentality
  • Strong team player and collaborative mindset
  • Analytical and methodical thinking
  • Profound communication skills in English, both written and oral
