to support Affimed in supporting our employees in their development and the ongoing organizational change as well as to drive and support the implementation of our defined company culture. Internal communication is a third component for which we seek your expertise and experience as communication in our minds is a key enabler when it comes to people development and change management.

In the position as HR Manager – People development & Change Management you will report directly to the Head of Human Resources with a functional reporting line to the CEO for all company culture and internal communications elements.


  • Responsible for the development and implementation of an Affimed training curriculum including selection of vendors and budget tracking
  • Develop and implement succession planning process
  • Support employees in managing change and supporting them with tools and initiatives
  • Act as the project lead for company culture initiatives
  • Run the annual employee opinion survey, evaluate the outcome and develop actions in collaboration with senior management and functions
  • Responsible to plan and execute on internal company events e.g. summer / winter celebration, participation in charity / sport events
  • Be in charge of internal communication associated with responsibilities listed above as well as for tasks coming from the CEO


  • Bachelor or master’s degree in business economics, psychology or pedagogy
  • At least 3 years of experience in People Development or Change Management, experience in a matrix organization is a plus
  • Excellent communications skills on all organizational levels
  • Structured and organized personality with a high affinity to people and to processes
  • Strong team player and collaborative mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently on multiple projects in parallel
  • Fluent in German and English (oral & written)
  • Proficient user of MS Office applications, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint experience is a plus
