to support Affimed in supporting our employees in their development and the ongoing organizational change as well as to drive and support the implementation of our defined company culture. Internal communication is a third component for which we seek your expertise and experience as communication in our minds is a key enabler when it comes to people development and change management.
In the position as HR Manager – People development & Change Management you will report directly to the Head of Human Resources with a functional reporting line to the CEO for all company culture and internal communications elements.
