Drug Supply Manager (f/m/d)

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supply activities from raw materials thru supplies ready for clinical trials
  • Plan future commercial supply utilising sound forecasting tools and methodologies
  • Ensure appropriate production planning and distribution
  • Sustained and uninterrupted supply of clinical trials with IMP
  • Establish and maintain successful relationships with vendors (Manufacturing, Packaging, Distribution, Forecasting, Supply optimization, Co-Med Supplies etc.)
  • Collaborate with CMC, Clinical Operations, Medical, Quality, and cross functional project teams on all aspects of supply in respect of timelines, budget, quality, and regulatory guidelines

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in life science or medical area
  • At least 3 years of experience in drug supply management in a clinical research environment with the responsibility for the end to end clinical drug supply process
  • Experience in establishing, maintaining, and developing successful relationships with vendors
  • Background in Clinical Trial Management is preferred
  • Prior experience in biopharmaceutical technical development and/or manufacturing is preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of cGMP requirements and GMP packaging, labelling, storage, and distribution
  • Excellent understanding of the development of GDP-compliant transport processes
  • Set up the current GDP processes and training SOPs
  • Proficient user of MS Office Applications
  • Ability to work in several projects at the same time all with competing timelines
  • Profound communication skills in English, both written and oral
  • German language skills desirable
