Key Responsibilities
- Design change management processes – from identification and strategy to architecture and implementation to measurable success
- Run employee opinion survey and ad hoc pulse surveys: Evaluate results, plan and conduct function specific follow up activities, and lead and drive related action plans
- Advise functions and departments in regard of organizational changes (reorganization, change, etc.)
- Guide and advise Senior Management in all aspects of organizational development and strengthen holistic thinking within change activities
- Lead and drive all ongoing culture activities as well as identify new culture related topics in close collaboration with C-level Management
- Plan and moderate the periodical Company Get Togethers
- Close collaboration with External Communications incl. HR-Marketing activities
- Further development and maintenance of the Affimed intranet
- Plan and conduct with a small team all internal events like culture day, summer outing, Christmas Party, participation in charity events
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Economics, Psychology, Communications or other related field with at least 10 years working experience
- Functional expertise and understanding of complex issues
- Understand and manage interdependent highly complex situations and personalities
- International interaction and understanding of international best practice
- Proven collaboration and project management skills
- Experience in driving simultaneous projects from conception to completion
- Strong social and intercultural competence
- Proven track record of scaling teams and the involved impact on culture, processes, and systems
- Excellent internal communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in German and English (written and oral)
