Chief of Staff & Manager Investor Relations EU (f/m/d)

This position will support the Executive Team implementing their strategic projects as well as further develop the company’s investor landscape, reporting directly to the CEO.


  • Serve as liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders and CEO regarding corporate initiatives, project updates, proposals and planning
  • Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and functional leaders, performing an array of administrative tasks from aligning with the Executive Assistants on managing calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining hard copy and electronic files
  • Drive content of internal and external meetings, including off-site events, follow up on action items
  • Provide and analyze information to facilitate decision making
  • Coordinate decision making processes on executive management level and be an active part in ongoing projects
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them
  • Preparation of information to the supervisory board
  • Preparation of presentations in collaboration with external communications
  • Develop European investor landscape, organize meetings, build relationships and obtain feedback.
  • Collaborate with Communications Department and Head of Investor Relations US


  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or similar field. Additional study in Life Sciences is a plus.
  • 5+ years in a business or executive management role. Experience in the Biotechnology or Pharma Industry is preferred. Experience in Communications or Investor Relations desired.
  • Proven experience in organizing and directing multiple x-functional teams and functions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
  • Self-confident, open minded and quick-witted
  • Excellent skills in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Proven experience in planning and leading of strategic initiatives
  • Fluent in German and English
