Affimed’s lead product candidates are ready to enter clinical studies.

Ready for partnering

The company’s lead products, AFM13, AFM11 and AFM12, have completed the preclinical proof-of-concept development stage. AFM13 will start clinical studies in 2010, and either AFM11 or AFM12 is expected to enter the clinic in 2011. Affimed has the resources to develop these TandAbs® through clinical proof-of-concept. We are, however, open to partnering discussions for co-development.

We have been building a growing pipeline of preclinical therapeutic antibodies targeting a broad range of applications and indications. Our preclinical candidates, AFM15, AFM20 and AFM21 for the treatment of autoimmune diseases, asthma and solid tumors, have recently completed preclinical proof-of-principle studies and are also available for partnering.
