Affimed's network of scientific collaborators
In order to optimize its strategic position as well as to guarantee access to drug targets in the mid- and long-term, Affimed maintains a well-established network of specialists. Affimed's scientists have developed and continue to expand an international network of scientists and institutes, which have access to clinically interesting and relevant targets. Among these are for example the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ), the University Clinic Umeå in Sweden, the Gene Center of the Ludwig-Maximilian University in Munich, the Fraunhofer Institute in Stuttgart, the Universities of Heidelberg, Freiburg, Duesseldorf, Vienna and Barcelona. These relationships are strengthened through joint co-operation projects, agreements and joint applications for third party funds.
